Remote Training is always included and can be completed easily and successfully.  An experienced Solution Trainer will shadow your training session remotely via phone, Voice and Modem.

Inn-Fusion and Inn-Control on-site training costs are detailed in the pricing schedules and are based only on activities being performed on site.

Remote Training Phases
Computel's Technology Solution training is accomplished in three phases:

Phase One:  Pre-implementation, strategic planning and setup
Phase Two:  Setup and implementation of the Technology Solution
Phase Three:  Making adjustments, fine-tuning and the transfer of balances

Phase One:
Pre-implementation, strategic planning and setup by Computel Trainers provide all new customers with the necessary business profiles for the completion, submission and data entry.  All information received, related to each specific business and its unique operating needs, becomes a part of each new Technology Solution.  Trainers and Coordinators work closely with each customer, ensuring that their solution is customized for their applications optimum performance, results and ease of use.

Phase Two:
This phase involves the set up and implementation of the Technology Solution.  After the Solution is setup, businesses work with Trainers to familiarize themselves with the features, options and basic operation of their specific Technology Solution.

Computel Trainers access your new solution remotely and will guide you through unique interactive training sessions that will place all end users in a hands-on learning experience.

Phase Three:
The final phase involves making adjustments, fine-tuning and the transfer of balances from existing systems, where necessary.  Computel recommends that a designated business representative remain actively involved with the new Technology Solution for approximately three to five days after Implementation, therefore guaranteeing success.
